Crazy Over Purple Saturdays: Violet Barbie Mermaid
My daughter is very fond of Barbie thanks to Cartoon Network and ever since she got to know who Barbie is, she’d bug me into buying anything related to Barbie…
Barbie dolls itself are honestly not that affordable especially the original ones, and when she asked me for a “violet Barbie mermaid” (yes she told me to get the violet one, teehee!) I was on the search for a cheaper versioned one in the Tutuban mall. We were able to find one but it was blue. I knew if I bought that for her, she’d be unhappy because she specifically mentioned that it should be violet (or pink). But of course, being a violet-lover, I’d go for the violet one 
So we went home with nothing at hand. I promised my daughter that I’d find her a violet one the next day.
I asked help from G and it was great that he was able to find me a violet one. Yay! Thank you so much! And here it is!
As I’ve said, it’s a cheaper version of Barbie and not the original one. If I remember correctly, this only cost roughly Php 150. I guess that’s not bad for a doll? My daughter was happy and she takes this with her whenever she takes a bath.
