I was diagnosed with a back problem years ago which resulted me to using a lumbar support (something that looks like the picture on the left). I cannot withstand long hours of standing or else my back would definitely kill me of pain. If there is a need for me to stand, I make sure I’m somewhere near a wall wherein I could lean on to so that I could give my back certain amount of time to rest whenever I can’t take the pain.

Unfortunately, the back support I used was expensive and until now, I can’t believe I left it in Boracay where I used to work. From then on, I have had problems coping up with the pain, and all I do is take a rest or just give my back a nice stretch in the bed.

I know most of you would probably tell me to just try to sit up straight to prevent bad posture and aching back, but that’s where the problem lies. Even though I wish to do so, my back can’t handle it. So it’s either I make sure there’s a pillow (or cushion) in the chair or else you’d probably see me walking around, endlessly stretching my back.
