Music That Makes Me Smile
Just in time… I feel a bit down right now and I need something to cheer me up. I was hoping that this week’s Girl Talk theme would at least give me a little smile in my face. Anyways, I have 2 here which are the usual songs that makes me smile:
Ever since college, whenever I’m not in the mood, I’d usually hum this song to ease myself from stress. I remember one time during an exam, I was too nervous that I actually sang the song and the professor heard it, he asked the class, “Who’s singing there?” Being an honest student, I raised my hand and apologized, but he asked me to stay after class. So afterwards, he asked me if I love singing, I humbly said yes. He then took out his mobile phone and showed me this clip, and told me that he loves singing too. 
*seriously I thought I was a dead meat then. lol

Next song would be a song from Disney’s Lion King:
This song helps me realize that sometimes it’s best to let go of your problems first when you’re really stressed out, that sometimes it’s just not healthy to think about them anymore. Relax, take a deep breath and sing the song: “It’s a problem-free, philosophy, Hakuna Matata…”
Usually, when I’m down, I like to listen to hardcore music and shout the feeling out of me, but lately, I’ve been feeling low (B and I think that it might be due to my recent diet which is giving me diminished energy), and even though I listen to these songs, they didn’t work. I guess I have to adjust my diet to sustain energy and feel good…
