Julie’s 4th Birthday Party
Last week was a very hectic and busy week that it took me almost 2 days just to recover. I was dead tired that I barely even got online to blog.
Last Sunday, my mom and I threw a birthday bash for Julie! It was a simple yet fun party. I got to meet my old friends and caught up with each others’ lives. The more I got to talk them, the more I realized that I’m really outdated. I pity myself but I guess that’s life. My daughter also enjoyed the party with the kids around.
My mom and I started preparing some desserts last Saturday so that we’d have less work come Sunday…

Sunday, I woke up around 7AM to start with the preparations. I was not able to take any pictures because we were all busy but thanks to my childhood best friend, she took pictures of the party itself.
Here are some pictures of the set-up:

The Barney cake was made from Goldilocks (yes, she requested for a Barney cake >_<; )
Of course, a children’s party would be boring without few games…

It was really a very simple party, but I’m glad my daughter enjoyed it. ![]()
