Working Out – Should I Retake Supplements Like Elite Whey Protein?

I was a skinny little girl when I was in high school, and I never gained weight when I was in college even though I ate a lot. I was a “bones-and-skins” girl which doesn’t really look good on me, so I decided to head over to the gym and got myself some added “good” pounds. I used to take supplements like Whey Protein back then together with the workout plans and fortunately, I got great results. But I had to stop due to some schedule conflicts and luckily, I was able to maintain the figure I wanted.

Even after I had my first labor, I was still “sexy” and somehow I was proud that I was a “sexy mom”. LOL! However after I started working, that’s when the unwanted fats all poured in. So I decided to go back to the gym but again due to work schedule, it became an on-and-off thing.

Okay, I’m not really going buff or something, but I do want to get my body toned again. I want to have those nice curves I used to have (and still have) minus the fats hanging around my belly and arms.

I’m currently doing P90X lean thanks to my cousin’s recommendation, and after almost a week (because I just started last Wednesday) I could feel the difference – my whole body is aching and somehow I became very choosy of the food I’m eating (although I give myself a cheat day – LOL!)

I want to show you a “before and after (now)” picture wherein the “before” picture was when I was still working (hence the stress eating and bloating) and the “now” picture was recently taken during my daughter’s birthday party.

I’m liking the effect of my work out regimen, and somehow I’m contemplating if I should take supplements like Elite Whey Protein or maybe I should just stick to just working out. After all, I’m not really looking to have muscular structure, just a sexy, well-toned body. ;)
